Sunrise Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom holiday villa in Thong Nai Pan Noi. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is ideal for couples and families.
The villa is situated on a hill behind Thong Tapan Resort, about 800 meters from the beach. Sunrise Villa features 3 en-suite double bedrooms with air-con and hot water. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and dining area. The villa commands the best view of Thong Nai Pan bay. The view can be enjoyed from the wrap around balcony as well as the master bedroom on the second floor.
Sunrise Villa has a safety deposit box for storage of valuables. Each room has a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe for storage. The lounge area has a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. There are plenty of DVDs to watch. Moreover guests of Sunrise Villa can enjoy free high speed internet access.
Sunrise Villa is set in an extensive garden and is in a quiet area. It has its own parking area. The villa is in a perfect location for those who want to be near the amenities and facilities of Thong Nai Pan Noi, but who also want to enjoy complete privacy and unspoiled natural surroundings. From the balcony it is possible to spot hawks and sea eagles gliding in the thermals. There are also a variety of other birds to spot.
When you rent Sunrise Villa you also get maid service every other day. The maid cleans the villa and changes the sheets. Also included in the price are free transfers when you arrive and depart. The Sunrise Villa rental agent picks you up at the ferry port and takes you to the villa. On checking out the rental agent will take you anywhere on the island (within reason).
If you request when booking the villa rental agent will organize car hire for you. Jeeps are about 1,500 THB a day and larger 4 wheel drives are about 2,500 THB a day.
